Maxim Tucker is a British journalist based in Ukraine. He writes for The Times and has been published in the Guardian, Newsweek and Politico Europe. He previously worked as Amnesty International's campaigner on Ukraine and the South Caucasus, and has spent most of the past seven years working on and in the former Soviet Union.
